History of Education & Training
Ben Miller is our lead trainer. He graduated in 2002 from Lake Superior State University with a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Education. He also holds a MA in Educational Technology from Central Michigan University. He has been teaching students from grades 6-12, college students and adults for the past 16 years in various computer and technology fields and absolutely enjoys the “Ah-ha!!” moments when his students are learning material.
Most recently, Ben was the Program Manager for the Robotics course at the Branch Area Careers Center (Coldwater, MI) for 4 years and has trained over 125 high school, college and adult learners that received their FANUC certification. Ben has been working with FANUC robots since the summer of 2001 and is currently a FANUC Certified Instructor in Basic Robot Operations, Material Handling, Programming and also FANUC’s iR-Vision 2D. His robotic experience includes Kawasaki Robotics, FANUC Robotics, Yaskawa Motoman & ABB Robotics.
With over 15 years in education and robotics, Ben has the understanding and the patience to help your employees understand how to work more efficiently with your robots.
